Description of ADWITS Quad M.2 NVMe SSD PCIe X16 Adapter with RAID Support, PCI Express 3.0 X16 Switch to 4-Port M.2 Adapter Card - PCIe Bifurcation, 4 x4 NVMe (AHCI Compatible) M.2 SSD for Size 2242/2260/2280/22110

It works with any motherboard with empty PCIe x16 or x8 slot ( doesn't need motherboard with PCIe bifurcation function). It supports 4 x4 NVMe, max bandwidth over 6500 MB/s. Great and economic choice to build your ultra speed system for video photo processing, gaming. Integrated blower style fan for optimized cooling. Power via SATA 15-pin and/or Molex 4-pin for stable and long time heavy work load. Connect both SATA & Molex if needed. ASMedia’s ASM2824 chipset offers a PCIe 3.0 x8 upstream port as well as four PCIe 3.0 x4 downstream ports. It enables installation of four NVMe drives on a single card. Under windows 10, any 2/3/4 pieces M.2 SSD can be organized to RAID mode through third-party RAID management software.

Product image without HS (B07T459DHH) is wrong.

I ordered B07T459DHH but received B07SG972NZ without heatsink. The board profile in the product image clearly shows a different footprint. Not every standardized PCI-SIG bells and whistles is suitable for x86-compatible boards. Details are important.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Very satisfied -32 degrees Celsius

Installed in the PCIE16 slot under the graphics card and works stably at 31-33 degrees Celsius. Cooler than the other two NVMe SSDs. Hard to believe.TBolt

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Nothing

Works in ASUS P9D WS

Installed 09/18/2019 and works as advertised with three Samsung 9x0 drives - it freed up a PCIe 2.0 slot for a USB 3.2 AIC. Performance seems to be the same as before, or maybe a little faster. - everything is subjective.

Pros
  • There is something in this
Cons
  • Security

Easy Computers & Accessories

If you have a PCIexpress x4 slot, this is your NVMe upgrade guy. Now my OS is on this thing - boot time and boot time really haven't improved compared to SSD in NVMe

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Plug and play! works without BIOS branching

Dell Ultra Quad installed on my Dell Aurora R8 after the first try failed to show more than one M.2 NVME SSD. ADWITS does what it promises, my system now shows 4 mixed M.2 NVME SSDs and they are rated at the same rate as before when they were installed individually. I now have an empty PCIe slot and ultra-fast NVME storage on 4 SSDs plus a primary NVME M.2 for the OS. This technology makes old-fashioned SATA HDDs and SSDs obsolete! The only drawback is that the device does not come with a power

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Empty
