Efficient Heating with Consistent Performance

Based on our own experience, this heating element delivers excellent heating output for our hydraulic system. The 12-gauge diameter seems to provide reliable and consistent performance making it a great investment for our operations. The only downside is that it requires careful installation, but once set up properly, it works like a charm .Overall, highly recommended for those looking for a reliable and efficient heating solution..

Pros
  • Efficient heating with high durability for extended use
Cons
  • Requires a larger budget compared to lower gauge heating elements

Excellent Heating Element for Industrial Needs

As an industrial buyer, I highly recommend this heating element. Through trial and error I found that it was completely reliable and durable .It heats quickly and efficiently, making it a great choice for any HYDRAULIC equipment. This product is a must-have for anyone in need of heat control in an industrial and scientific setting. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey, but the investment is worth it considering its long-term benefits..

Pros
  • Reliable, Durable, Efficient, Effective
Cons
  • Expensive

Good for higher current resistance testing

I bought this by mistake thinking it was nichrome but it turned out to be FeCrAl which is used in heating elements. But this actually worked better for me in my app. I made a variable resistor out of it and wrapped it around a one inch diameter rod to form a coil. The coil had 60 turns and its total resistance was 2.5 ohms which is 24 turns per ohm making it very handy to use as a variable resistance test resistor for loads up to around 20 amps. I have temperature tested the resistor and as…
