Has the TV/Home button along with 4 programmable TV buttons. The TV/Home button is to turn on Apple TV, switching apps, and putting it into sleep. The Power Volume up/down and Mute buttons can be programmed to work with most TV brands, such as Samsung SONY Sharp Philips LG VIZIO Panasonic Toshiba Insignia etc. To fast forward, *long-press* on the right arrow button on the D-pad. A fast forward icon will be seen in the on-screen progress bar. To make it forward faster, press the right arrow again to progress at 2x speed. Press 3rd time to go to an even faster 3x speed. Also, simply click (press and release) the right arrow, it will skip the video playing by 10s. You can repeatedly click to skip in 10s increments. To rewind or skip backward, use the left arrow button instead. Note: It is IR remote, line-of-sight required. NOT Siri remote, NO Voice control, NO Touchpad function. Use 2 x AAA batteries, not included.
