The device is a physically robust SIP phone, but it is extremely limited by hardware buttons and built-in functions. There are three programmable buttons, but programming them for a different function makes it impossible to screen previous callers, redial a number, or any other fixed function that I can't get out of memory now. If functions can be done with speed dial, you still have 10 buttons, but not exactly fluid.
