ABBIDOT Dog Training Collar Rechargeable Review

We have a 5 month old roti who can be stubborn. We mostly used treats but there were some things like coming when we called him that he didn't do on cue. We got that and only used the "buzz" sound, not the discharge feature, and that was enough to get his attention. Since then it has gotten much better and we will continue to use it for hard training sessions. Highly recommended.

Battery seems to last a long time if charged overnight. Our pup only seems to respond to the beep. Sometimes he's a little more excited, so we use vibrate mode. It's not often that we have to use release mode, but I wouldn't do anything to my pup that I wouldn't do to myself, so I released myself at 36. Wow. Did it hurt. I cried. I will NEVER kill him on this level!

This is a great training collar and works great with my stubborn dachshund. However, I bought it for my new Pomsky. Even when he turns all the way, he doesn't seem to feel anything. I have tried all the accessories that came with the collar but to no avail. Either he's too stubborn or nothing gets through his double coat. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend this product.

Have tried several other brands, this one is the best so far. I like the lock/unlock dial at the top. The light function is cool, unfortunately my dog's fur is too long. I can't say anything about the shock option because I didn't use it. Vibration and beep work very well on her. This is a 6 month old German Shepherd Dog weighing 70 pounds. When I first got the shock collar I couldn't get it to work. I contacted the company and they quickly sent me a replacement. I have now used the collar with my Raging Labradoodle and it works very well. I use the vibrating part of the collar and Iggy reacts fairly quickly and comes towards me. We spend a lot of time at the beach, and it tends to wander in every direction where people gather for picnics. As soon as I activate the collar it comes back to me and that's all I can ask for.

Got it as a spare while waiting for a warranty replacement for the main collar. That's a great price and I love the real collar. Easier to put on a dog than a buckle. I also like that there is a sound option alongside the vibration. I see two problems there. Firstly, I can't tell if the dog's collar or knots are causing the black marks on the neck. There are other much more expensive e-collars but this one works great! The collar performs three functions: sound, vibration and shock. The first few times I used it, I experimented with each of the features.
