Clean and cheap, that's the way it should be!

Protects rope and equipment from dirt. The only criticism is that the straps sometimes slip off when worn. I bought two, would I buy this again? Yes, as soon as I get another rope I will. For value compared to rope bags and totes, you can't beat the price and functionality. Did a climb and want to lower my rope. Pull the tarpaulin to the base of the elevator, pull the rope until it falls and what falls will detach itself, flip the edges of the tarpaulin, roll it up and go to the next elevator…

. lifts up to keep the rope from touching the dirty surfaces some friends and I have encountered. It's also the same tarp I use in Colorado to sit on and ride down some of the trails because they're covered in ice and use them as sleds. It's great and I love this tarp. However, now this tarpaulin is a bit strange when I try to close it again. I know tarp is best used for packing the rope and storing the rope when stored, but I have my own bag that I keep near the tarp and only wish this tarp…

Spring. it's cheap and it's a tarpaulin.

The idea is not bad in principle but not realized, I had had velcro sewn to the tarpaulin from the wrong side so it was useless although it might help to keep the tarpaulin wrapped if it so would be in the right place. The buckles are too close together to hold the rope properly, if they were wider maybe the rope wouldn't move as much and you could tighten the straps around the rope. Worst of all, one of the buckles wasn't well tolerated or was broken or something and didn't hold tight. On the…
