After trying to erase a previous OEM Wii drive I gave up and tried this one. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and a Phillips Y-head screwdriver. There are instructions online for disassembling the Wii. This is a simple 15-20 minute install. There are two cables underneath the drive, so be careful when removing the original drive.
