These light filters are not worth the investment. They don't do much to soften the harshness of fluorescent lights, nor do they significantly reduce glare. The only positive is that they are easy to install, but that doesn't make up for their lack of effectiveness. Overall, this product is a letdown in the Industrial and Scientific HVAC filtration category.

don't buy green! It gives off a sickly color. I'm sending them back. I also bought purple and blue. And the magnets are terrible. Buy the blue ones, the magnets are much better and glow better.

Thanks to the built in magnets, installation was quick and easy. Don't be discouraged if they don't stick where you want them. You may need to examine the area with each magnet to find enough metal from the mount itself to really grab the magnet. The green effect was exactly what I wanted to decorate in my office for Halloween.
