Nice quality steel long hangers at a good price

I had to buy these as the previous owner of a BMW I recently bought decided for some unknown reason that he should keep the hanger that was in the tool box with the car was . These are nice long steel shackles with no knurling. What they have are holes on the outer ends so if they get stuck you can pry them back out with the shaft of a screwdriver. Also, they have a recess on the shaft part to hold the wheel in place so it doesn't slip off the suspension pin. And since they're steel, there's…

If you have the skills to change tires yourself, you will need them. Currently.

Years ago Mercedes included a wheel suspension in every car's tool kit. I remember checking everything in my parents' cars as a kid and wondering what the heck it was. As an adult, I have a Gwagen with fairly large tires. It saved my back, my sanity and prevented many curses. While the original Benzes were aluminum, these steel ones are very well made and will probably outlive me. If you've ever changed a non-suspension tire, you're going to kick yourself the first time for not doing it sooner.

Perfect tool for my Porsche

I bought this tool thinking it would work on my BMW (F10) 535i but I feel the product description wasn't specific enough. It doesn't work on my BMW because the threads are larger and don't hold very well. I need 14 x 1.25. I still give it 5 stars because it works great on my '99 Porsche Boxster. My Boxster has a stylus (included) but it's aluminum. This ABN tool is made of steel and has a hole in one end so you can twist it with a screwdriver or metal scribe when tightened to remove by hand…

A good tool kit for your car if you have eye bolts instead of eye nuts

I bought these dowel pins to help refit 2015 VW Jetta tires when working on the brakes. . While I could remount tires in the driveway without them, I can't imagine changing a tire curbside safely without hangers/locating pins. My package had two of these, so I suggest using both for easier alignment. The only problem I found was that because they are quite long they prevented the OEM key from making a full circle. However, it is better to have pins longer than shorter to allow for different rim
