This manual brake bleeder vacuum pump does not work. Looks good but doesn't suck. Maybe I just got a bad block. They got my money and I have nothing to show. I simply cannot recommend this machine.

I own and repair my 73 FLU and have to bleed those 45 year old brakes a few times a year. Yes I can do it myself but he can handle it and it's easy, never worry about air in the lines again. Worth every penny

Used today when installing rear calipers and worked great. It definitely won't suck the chrome out of the hitch, but it worked great for bleeding the brakes. I was a bit hesitant after seeing so many bad reviews, but I'm still glad I got it!

Our FoodSaver will not vacuum with the FoodSaver can sealer. I saw the idea of creating a vacuum with the brake bleeder on YouTube. Works perfectly! You still need the usual adapters to close wide-mouth jars. We dehydrate fruits and vegetables by packing them in vacuum jars. Our experience with seal pouches is not the best.

I used this product to bleed the brake system after a complete brake repair (new master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders etc.). I have tried other traditional bleeding methods that are much more time consuming and less effective. I had a system bleed in about 10 minutes with full pedal resistance and a fully functional system. With this tool you can literally watch as air is sucked out of the lines. Very effective

The vacuum was a little weak until I took it apart and smeared some Penn fishing reel grease around the o-ring inside, after that it worked very easily Taking it apart for future repairs, I used this instead of using my food grade vacuum sealer, inflate to 15 Hg. Latch with tin can top and my jars are sealed tight thanks to all the people on the internet using this to prolong the life of my vacuum sealer. would buy again

Unbeatable for the price. However, you must press firmly on the rubber gasket that goes over the zirconia fitting. If you don't, it will suck air through that fitting and give you a false reading of "air in system". That aside, it's a fantastic device considering the price. I have used it to bleed the brakes on 6 cars (2 muscle cars) and have 3 other muscle cars in my personal stable and will be using this device on all of them.

I read a lot of negative reviews and bought this bleed anyway. I also bought some surgical tubing to attach to an exhaust valve, just like the exhaust valve in a car, to the driven clutch on my Honda Gold Wing. The tubing sealed the valve and I used one of the various connectors that came with the bleed valve to connect the surgical tubing to the clear tubing that came with the kit. I bled it, loosened the bleed valve and all the air and old fluid in the line was bled. This product worked as…
