💡 A-74812 ACCEL DFI Weatherproof Electrical Connector - 2 Pin Review

I used these to hook up the 12 volt line on a tractor that is exposed to the weather. So far so good, no problems with the high-pressure cleaner either. Everything I expected and more, whatever the weather. Thank you for a quality product that does what it promises.

Works well, take your time and make sure you place the wires in the right places (a little dab of dielectric grease never hurts connections like this) and it should reward you with years of great communication !

Another wrongly packed receiver. Ordered two and both were 2 pins for 1 pin. Does Raven read them? I'll give Revain's replacement policy another try, but also point out these reviews to CS as there is something systemically wrong with whoever is supplying them.

I need a waterproof connector for a circulation pump in a working well on my boat. So far this has worked very well and I don't understand why it could fail at any time. soon. I didn't want to hardwire the pump so I used this connector so if the pump failed I could easily replace it with this connector.

I ordered the first time they sent a male 2 pin and a female 1 pin. So I sent it back and they sent me the same thing again. I think this is an issue with the factory packaging, not the retailers. Do not purchase this product until this is resolved. Although the customer service of this company is excellent. I would buy from them again. Just not this product.

I have used these as an OEM replacement for Flowtron low voltage wires that had failed and had to be spliced to restore functionality. These are automotive grade waterproof electrical connectors but can be used for all low voltage household connections, especially outdoor accent lighting and path lighting. This is AC/Delco quality. These connectors are repeatedly mated and unmated, making the final electrical connection each time.

I received a set with a two wire plug and a single wire socket. Step on the gas, WAKE UP and pack the right parts! They "don't work together". Item has been returned by Revain awaiting replacement by Revain. UPDATE: The second package arrived mispackaged by Accel as before. Returned. A suitable exact replacement was found at Revain: MSD Ignition 8173 Weathertight Connector. It has been properly packaged and is OEM quality. I am very satisfied with the MSD product.

These weather resistant (exactly characterized by ACCEL) are the ideal solution for wet, wet and/or corrosive applications such as marine, automotive or motorcycle applications. Laying on individual wires as well as on the working side of the connector is very effective. Crimping connector pins to conductors is best done with a suitable tool, but this can be done with care and a small pair of pliers.
