Works perfectly right out of the box, no crazy adjustments needed. Excellent sound quality and no echo when others are speaking. The only downside I see is that the mute button is on the same side as the cable. I use a wired connection and prefer to cover the mute button during a call so the cable takes up desk space. If you want to use the Bluetooth function, this is not a problem.

Used for an in-person meeting that includes a Zoom call for additional online participants. I'm glad it works so easily, the speaker is clean and the microphone quality is good. The volume can be easily adjusted both manually and on the PC. I bought a longer cord to put it closer to the other tables in the room (we have about 20 people at six tables (for social distancing which is still required).

This speakerphone works pretty well even in a semi-open space (loft office with no door). A 4-mic array is a bit underpowered for a large team (you should probably go for a model with at least 6 or 8 mics), but it's fine for a single person. Very good performance in Zoom meetings. It was truly plug and play on my Windows PC.1. The speaker sound was clear. The volume controls were detailed, ie it was possible to increase / decrease the volume to the desired volume in small increments. I received this item after receiving a similar but less expensive USB mic that was 'mic only'. This includes a fairly powerful speaker. The combination of speaker and microphone is called a "duplex" system. My goal was Zoom group calls with 5-10 people in a room.
