Good product! Exactly!

Very very good, used it in my smoker all weekend, works as you expect and want, right price and will definitely buy again !

It turned out that the contact of the sensor plug with the thermometer was bad. I couldn't rely on the thermometer.

Less than a week later, the thermometer began to switch frequently between "Lo" and temperature readings. It turned out that the contact of the sensor plug with the thermometer was bad. I could not rely on the thermometer to show the temperature in time or to sound an alarm. I had no motivation to send it back and ask for a replacement and just threw it in the trash. Conclusion: poor quality, hands off.

Not accurate enough

I don't really like the pre-programmed settings, I know what temperature I want to cook different types of meat at. But as a replacement for an old model (different brand) this seemed like a good choice. While you can program a custom setting, I installed it once and it kind of got lost after a few uses. When I start cooking I find it too difficult to look for instructions to program it again. I could get over it though if it was at least accurate. It always shows a lot more than it shouldโ€ฆ
