This diamond tester actually works as advertised and while not a Presidium I or II it is worth every penny and more! I've had one of the clip-on mini-scopes before, as well as a 45x and 16x, also they're all clearly visible, although they're all really too small to be easy to use, but at a price typically under $5. You have no reason to complain! All in all, you can't go wrong with this combo!

My husband really wanted this product and was so happy when we got it but unfortunately it doesn't work properly. I've tried aiming it at the diamond, but he doesn't feel it. Then the second item was just a rock from the backyard and it turned red. Strange. we have to bring it back.

Works reasonably well but looks a bit cheap. You need to adjust the dial according to the room temperature and then the size of the diamond. It's not just plug and go. And you should have small folding guides with you so that you have information about the settings to use it properly.

If you take the time to read the instructions, this product works great. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews claiming you have to spend hundreds to get just the right thing, well that was a lie. Within a few minutes of practice, I was easily able to accurately separate parts from real or fake with no gray area. So far this product has worked with 100% accuracy even testing all types of fake diamonds. None came even close to a positive reading. I can't wait to bring this product to the
