Recommended Golf Product

This product was highly recommended by a mobile golf cart service technician. For now (I've only had it a couple of weeks) I'm impressed with the system of indicator lights that show when the batteries are charged and if there are any problems with the batteries, among other things. It turns off automatically when the batteries are charged, there is a light to indicate when it's done. It's a bit difficult.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

There was a problem charging the charger. Contacted the company regarding this issue. They asked for a photo of the plate with the model, which I provided. Haven't heard anything in months. I'm still waiting. When it worked, it worked as advertised. I threw away the charger because the seller refused to contact me and honor the warranty.

Pros
  • Annual trial period
Cons
  • Frequency

Poor warranty service

This charger was purchased from Revain CAR partners in April 2021 and stopped working in September 2021. Contacted the dealer (Cheryl from CAR Partners) after many disappointments related to the manufacturer's warranty service. She tried to help but after 2 months and too many apologies from DPI I had had enough and requested a refund through Revain which was quickly received. I WANTED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION and believe the negative reviews posted here and on other sites.

Pros
  • Durable finish

This is a good charger for the price

This is a good charger for the price, quiet and automatic. I've had it for over a month now. I have two problems with this. My batteries are 2.75 years old and the charger refuses to charge them when I drain them too much, around 30% usage. The charger has a pre-launch test cycle and if your batteries are not balanced (discharged evenly) the charger will not turn on. My old Lester mechanical charger charged old batteries even when they were dead. I'm concerned that this might result in me…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Expensive

I think the car is fine as long as it doesn't break down.

Terrible experience! The item came dead out of the packaging. But before we could send it back we were told to try this, try this and do this and it all took time: disconnected batteries, charged separately, ran the boost and dip wagon, nothing worked. When we spoke to someone else they asked what light was on and told us it was useless just because of that. After doing all the previous ones, he wanted to send one with a return label for the defective device. After 3 weeks we bought and called…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Exchange availability

I don't know - Sport

Okay, I have two of these. One for my EazyGo and one for my Clubcar. Each wagon is parked in a different location on the farm and the reason for two is to use two different plugins. Due to a broken ankle I use my EazyGo all day on the farm. Mostly for short distances and I charge it about every 10 days and the batteries still have half a charge when I plug it in overnight. Well the oldest of these chargers is just over 2 years old and no longer under warranty and has blown 3 fuses. Which must…

Pros
  • So far I'm satisfied
Cons
  • I'll write later
