Not suitable for parting or piercing Most punctures

Redesigned reinforcement makes them useless. The illustrations do not show this side of the part. If they were, it would be obvious how useless it is. If you really want it, be prepared to work a little.

Good price for the tool but as they say you.

Good value for a tool but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. The holder looked good, looked like a good quality tool, but after adjusting my speed and tool to split a piece of 1 1/2" x .250 aluminum tubing about a third of the way through the bottom of the insert .The holder is broken.I have not contacted anyone. We will learn from this mistake.

Pros
  • Spare bit holder
Cons
  • Not sure

I would not recommend this tool

AccusizeTools - 3/8" Cutoff Holder, Cut Off Tool, MGEHR06-2 - Not worth the money. I bought this tool for easy grooving and parting off of small workpieces. The Tool was centered on a Hardinge lathe and perpendicular to the workpiece. I made two trial grooves on a ½" round bar with no problem. I tried to cut, the tool was bent in the cut and now it won't hold the cutting tip. Three cuts and a blowout. I contacted AccusizeTools through their website. No response. I would not recommend this tool.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Unsafe
