Excellent scale. Bought black and gray and this red of the same brand. Also bought a third scale from a different brand. Easy to set up. It was found that the items tested for all three items and weights were the same regardless of brand. The Priority Mail envelope weight was the same whether you lay it flat or lift the flap and place the envelope on the scale. I later took it to Fedex, the weight was just right for the money. So far great. There are scales from June 1st.

Bought to weigh eBay items for shipping. Bought in July '17. Worked great until I tried weighing a large box weighing about 40 pounds. I put the box on the scales and they destroyed it. The metal supporting the weighing platform just buckled completely and the scale was destroyed. So the £86 claim is a lie. The £40 package killed mine. If you only weigh things that weigh a few pounds or less, that's great. Not so good for anything over £20! 40 pounds DESTROYS THIS THING!

Was looking for a simple office scale to weigh items for shipping and this was a repeat purchase. It's accurate for small envelopes, but it's also strong enough to handle large packages (although large boxes are difficult to balance). My second unit broke and when I contacted the manufacturer (support@weighmax.com) they offered me a replacement with no hassle! My original purchase is still valid 3 years later so I don't have any reliability issues - it could have just been a coincidence.

I've been using this scale for about three months and I find it very accurate. I've used it to weigh letters, packages up to 25 pounds, groceries and even my cat.
