Variable Valve Timing (VVT) Solenoid ACDelco.

I bought this for my 2013 Equinox 20.4. I ordered (Revain listed a better price than any auto parts store) and received the part quickly. It fits perfectly! I had no oil leaks and this fixed my check engine light. 12,000 km driven, works perfectly. Would recommend and buy again if needed.

OE Quality for Valves and Parts

2014 Wife Equinox with 2.4L Ecotec engine issued with code P0013. I ended up replacing the intake and exhaust VVT solenoids. Perfect fit, no hassles with screws not fitting or tightening properly like cheaper aftermarket parts. I did an intake VVT solenoid as I already did an exhaust (right next to each other) just for extra sanity.

Reliable OEM product, suitable for Engine parts

2.4 Ecotec engines often require replacement of the VVT solenoids after around 100,000 miles. It's an OEM and works exactly as intended - took care of the P0013 CE code. Once there, replace the exhaust VVT solenoid and spark plugs if they have never been changed. Both solenoids and plugs take around 30-45 minutes to make and are very easy to make.

Original VVT Solenoid Replacement (Intake Camshaft Side)

I replaced both VVT Solenoids on the 2.2 liter Ecotec in my 2009 HHR when it hit 100,000 miles. This is the correct new part number for the VVT Solenoid Valve on the intake camshaft side. This type of repair should only be performed by people who have experience with automobile engines and who use the correct tools and procedures.

OEM quality item for Chevy 2012 Malibu Intake VVT Solenoid Valve

I replaced the Exhaust VVT Solenoid Valve 6 months ago. Now the suction side is bad. Same procedure, different part. Take 15 minutes to complete it. So far so good on both sides. The original pair lasted 50,000 miles on me. Hope they do the same or better. Slightly more expensive than parts. In this case you can also use OEM parts.

Works perfectly! Best Replacement Parts

Buick Regal 2012 gives code P0010 and stops at some point. I replaced both the intake and exhaust VVT solenoids as I had already opened up the engine, cleared the code and continued driving with no problems. Well, that's the first day after the exchange. Somehow the exhaust solenoid is more clogged than the intake solenoid. Incidentally, the Amazon listing describes the INTAKE Solenoid (PN: 12679099) as "NOT SUITABLE" for a 2012 Buick Regal. But I was pretty sure it was the correct P/N based on
