Inadequate Temperature Control

As a result of using this product, I found that it did not properly regulate the engine temperature... On hot days my car`s temperature gauge would quickly rise above the normal range. The only positive aspect is THAT it was easy to install. However, the negative impact on my engine's performance outweighs this minor benefit. I would not recommend this product..

Excellent fit and functionality

The plastic tee in my cooling system failed after a few years of operation and I didn't realize it until my car overheated. The overheating of the engine has destroyed the thermostat. This one works great. GM doesn't make it easy for them. Changing that sucker was a real sob.
