We had to replace the main hose in the air conditioning unit which had been open to atmosphere for several years. It is best to replace the dehumidifier as it absorbs moisture from the atmosphere. The fit was ok, installed as an original part.

It's best to replace this part when you open the air conditioner in your car, especially if it's an old car. It's just practical. Although it looks slightly different than the factory part, it fits perfectly and the lines snap easily. It came with a factory seal over the ports and the correct o-rings.
