(NOT ACDelco): Engine Cooling & Climate Control

This item is a SCAM! The photo clearly shows that the box has an ACDelco barcode (left). There is a Denso sticker on the device itself (right). DO NOT BUY!

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Not the Best

Fits my 2003 Silverado LS 1500 4x4, as does .

Fits my 2003 Silverado LS 1500 4x4 just like the old one. but Denso says on the label and there is no seal in the kit. Buy from Denso and they come with seals.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Perfect fit for my 2004 Silverado

Perfect fit for my 2004 Silverado, 7.1 ounces of fluid already in the block, slightly more expensive than my previous block but well worth it. I also swapped the battery and throttle filter at the same time.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Reliable

Just buy Denso. that will be you

Just buy a Denso. You get that anyway and Denso is cheaper. I ordered this one and it says Denso on the right. Also read below. When you have 150,000 miles replace the entire block even if you have to buy sensors. A new compressor requires 25.5 ounces of freon to charge. The compressor comes with 7.1 ounces of PAG oil ready to use. The pressure after filling for the 5.3 Chevrolet should be 160 on the HS side and 33 on the low pressure side. Do not rely on 2.5x the outside ambient temperature…

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • A little maintainability
