Fixing a problem with my AC fan

On my 1999 Buick Regal I noticed that the fans would not work when the AC system was running. I have checked relays etc and found that this switch is defective and not telling the computer that the high side pressure is above a certain level. Replacing the old with the new solved the problem.

My girlfriend's mother now thinks I'm worthy of her daughter

First of all I'm too old and fat for my girlfriend and her mother looked at me disapprovingly. The air conditioning in her Olds Alero hadn't worked for many years and we had a hot spell. I offered her to take a look as I had the tools and was lucky with my own AC and some friends cars. I downloaded the system schematic from the Alero World website or elsewhere so as not to fly blind.
