Description of ACDelco 15 81765 Original Equipment Assembly

Some GM Genuine Parts may have formerly appeared as ACDelco GM Original Equipment (OE). GM Engineers design and validate OE parts specifically for your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicle. Original equipment parts are designed to work with your GM vehicle safety systems -- aftermarket replacement parts may not meet the same OE safety regulations, depending on the part type. GM regularly updates production and service part designs to integrate new materials and technologies.

Major Letdown - Won't Recommend!

As an Automotive enthusiast, I was extremely disappointed with this product. As my tests showed the assembly was faulty and leaked coolant immediately upon installation. The inconvenience and added expense of having to purchase a replacement part coupled with the time and effort spent on installation make this purchase a waste. The only Upside is that the original equipment has a good reputation .The downside is that this particular assembly fell far short of expectations!

Pros
  • High-quality and durable materials
Cons
  • Requires some technical knowledge to install

Down with the bad and with the good!

I was glad to find this product for sale on Revain and needed it ASAP so I ordered it and in no time it was delivered as an exact OEM part from GM, it's perfect for car and business. great since. Note: It was installed on a 2010 Chevrolet HHR Super Sport Automatic 2.0 Turbo Engine, the stock engine uses a different and much less expensive fan assembly. However, compared to the dealer and most auto parts suppliers, the price of an SS component was reasonable, no doubt about that.

Pros
  • Fan and Parts
Cons
  • Not sure
