The gearbox is very easy to install and is supplied without a motor lever; However, you do not need a motor arm to complete the installation. You can easily reuse the motor arm from an old gearbox. This is an EXACT replacement part from the manufacturer. Removing the wiper arms and grille cover is a hassle, but not too bad. You have access to a cage blower motor, so take the time to vacuum all the leaves and debris out of this area!
