ACDelco GM Original Equipment 19244519 Fuel Pump Switch with Engine Oil Pressure Gauge Sensor Review

This was the oil pressure sensor I needed for my naturally aspirated 3800 II 96' Park Ave. The replacement sensors listed for the 96ft Buick Park Ave can get low/incorrect oil pressure readings which can sometimes prevent the car from starting.

First installed by a non-OEM from an auto parts network that only reads half the actual pressure causing the low oil pressure gauge to flicker at idle. Went back to the store and installed this one for 30% off which showed the correct print. Once again, a chain store burned an inferior branded part at an inflated cost that came very close to the cost of a GM dealership. They list part of AC Delco but really just have their higher margin private label.

Got it for my car. 1998 Buick Lesabre. My old failed and read low when it didn't. This one restored it to where it should be and moved down a bit but returned normal. No problem. The delivery was fair and fast as far as I remember. 5 Stars. I give it 4 stars because it has been outsourced to Mexico. This is still a good company and from the outside there doesn't seem to be any quality complaints. Doesn't take anything away even if it's from Mexico, just something to read before you decide but…
