When I opened the box it was clear the product had been installed before. The connector plug had scuffs and grease residue, and the threads were clogged with dirty grease. I had to use this part anyway as it was a replacement for the wrong part I had previously received.

I didn't have an O2 related SES (Check Engine Light) light but my Envoy was fluctuating and fuel economy went down. Replaced the old upstream O2 and performance has been greatly improved.
