When you change your harmonic balancer.

When changing your harmonic balancer it is preferable to also change the sensor as a safety measure, especially if you suspect it is not working properly. (the car may be temporarily without power). Arrived on time, works well.

89 Bonneville ignition failure problem solved

Helped solve the 89 Pontiac Bonneville ignition failure problem. The engine would randomly shut down and then immediately restart. A common problem on cars from the late 80's. I also had to replace the ignition module. Problem solved. WARNING! Good knowledge of mechanics required

The body of it literally fell apart when I tried to install it.

This is very badly designed. The case is fiberglass, but it's incredibly fragile. I was replacing my harmonic balancer so I decided to replace it while I was there. I removed the old sensor, cleaned the bracket and then tried to put this one on top. But he went a third of the way and got stuck. I spent 10 minutes spreading the jaws of the clamp to remove it and ended up removing the entire clamp.
