Excellent emission control tool

This product helped to ensure my vehicle passes emissions testing. My analysis of this product showed that it is reliable and durable. It was also easy to install and saved me time and money. The only con is that it is a bit pricey compared to other options in the market.

Pros
  • Reliable, durable, easy to install
Cons
  • Pricey

Make sure you buy the correct mounting bracket.

The pump arrived 2 days early and was easy to install. It was the perfect solution and although I took everything apart, I took the initiative and removed all electrical connections with wire before putting everything back together. Now everything works like clockwork and no more PO411 codes! All in all it took about an hour from start to finish.

Pros
  • Smog pumps
Cons
  • Only available in white

2008 Chevrolet Impala Secondary Air Injection P0411

I bought this for my father-in-law's 2008 Chevy Impala. The remote start stopped working due to the misdirection of the secondary air injection system, P0411. I first replaced the service air injection check valve, which didn't fix the problem. This pump is mounted at the front of the engine under the air box. My guess is that water got into the pump and blocked it, preventing it from letting air through. It was an easy exchange. All in all, I probably saved some money by going to the dealer…

  • Automotive
Cons
