Don't buy GM on fuel injection

Although it was a direct replacement that AC Delco uses, it only lasted until November. from January to November. Typical GM quality.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • boring package

Good value for parts

Bearing Exact replacement, great price. Keep an eye on your plug if your car is older. Mine broke on the way back, no fault of the part. Plastic becomes brittle, I had to solder a new connector pigtail.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • I will add later

Part update 11/02/2021

Updated Rating My part is sending wrong codes and the part is not working. Now I have to buy a new part. Defect part. This time I spent money on a defective item. DO NOT BUY!

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Quality

So far, so good. Best Fuel Injection

I have a 2004 SRX with Northstar 4.6. My original throttle body had problems when the outside temperature was above 45°F. I threw away codes and I had to "flip the valve" and reset the codes to get it working properly for a couple of days. It was an easy swap, 10 minutes max and so far it's working very well and even better as I think my TPS was bad in the original. But we'll see when it gets warmer, if at all.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Requires Socket

Item in perfect condition OEM GM

Very fast delivery. This part solved my problem with my 04 SRX that had been a problem for a year. This is my 2nd to be replaced. First at the dealer for $450 which is a rip off. They fail because they are electronically controlled and get very hot. I'm surprised the Germans didn't do a better job of ensuring its longevity. You have to take notes from American automotive engineers developing out-of-warranty parts. This significantly restored performance, eliminated hesitation and rough idling…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
