Powerful Water Pump Saved My Ride!

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I knew that replacing the water pump was the only solution for my overheating engine. ACDelco's water pump delivered way beyond my expectations, with flawless performance, great power, and longevity. Its unique design makes it easier to install and maintain, ensuring that you get the best service by investing in this product. The only downside was that it was a bit pricier compared to other brands in the market, but its quality is worth every penny.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Requires professional installation

Failed for me early.

It pumped water but I replaced it after only 40,000 miles. The pulley started to wobble and the bearing started making noise. I bought a Honda pump to replace this one.

Pros
  • Heat treated shaft assemblies offer greater strength and durability than untreated assemblies
Cons
  • So far so good

Today 08/05/2018. This was a great pump replacement for my 2005 Acura TSX in October 2014. The holes on the idler pulley were very large which made assembly easier in comparison. The pump stayed installed for almost 4 years before the bearing failed and had to be replaced. I had to get something from a car dealership so I couldn't buy the same thing again. This pump was easier to install than the new one. My Acura TSX has 221,000 miles on it so far.

Pros
  • Coated seals ensure durability and reliability of the seal
Cons
  • Some small things
