Description of πŸš— Enhanced Performance ACDelco Advantage Gas Charged Rear Shock Absorber 520-89

Super-finished chromed piston rod inhibits corrosion and provides a more consistent wear surface. Piston seal adjusts as it wears to maintain a tight seal between the piston and pressure tube. This minimizes leak paths for a longer, more consistent, product life. O-ring provides constant pressure to the inner tube and makes the valve less susceptible to dirt, wear, and fatigue leading to longer service life. Drawn over mandrel (DOM) pressure cylinder for a smoother surface and less resistance, resulting in increased service life.

No problem: shocks, struts and suspension

They improved my Chrysler Town and Country ride, but not as much as I expected. Caravans don't have the smoothest ride initially.

Not for all-wheel drive. - Shocks, Struts & Suspension

Revane told me they would fit but of course I should have known better. I waited too long to install them so didn't realize they weren't rated for 4WD until it was too late to send them back.

Restored ride to my big caravan!

Great rear shock absorbers for our caravan. Very easy to install and the ride was great afterwards. I kick myself for not replacing her sooner. I find they are better than the previously installed Monroes. My wife can be sensitive to the way the car handles and has seen a definite improvement with them!

Pros
  • Shock absorbers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Not suitable for T&C Touring 2006 with towing package. .

Does not fit 2006 T&C Touring with trailer hitch. Do you need air dampers and/or spring dampers. Rear sag when installing these in place of the originals. My mistake was researching this before buying. A search of Revain shows that this is a replacement for my van - it is not. This is a common problem with Revain. Buyers, be careful, do your own research and do not rely on any claims made by Revain or any of its suppliers.

Pros
  • Shocks, struts and suspension
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Goods correspond to the description. Recommended.

My wife has a 2005 Grand Caravan that needs rear shock absorbers. I can say that I received the product as described. I look closely and the welds were very solid, just like the originals. Some shock absorbers have poor welds, leading to serious failures. Very easy to install, but the most important thing is on-road performance. smooth ride. It is very important to mount the rubber buffers in such a way that the body does not come into contact with the chassis. Some people think the shock…
