🔧 ACDelco GM Original Equipment Front Shock Absorber - Enhanced Stability and Comfort Review

Just what I needed to repair the rear of my 2011 Escalade with a locked-in hard shock. Despite what some reviews say, IT IS OEM. The BWI Group bought this business from Delco many years ago, so they don't call it Delco. The bumps that the cars caught straight from the parking lot also speak for the BWI Group. They're expensive and they're only for 60,000 miles. As long as you know this, you won't be disappointed. You drive very nicely.

Direct replacement for the electromagnetic shocker, even the same sticker on the tube (OEM replacement). Fits perfectly on my 2012 Escallad and greatly improves the ride quality. Didn't work with my clamp spring compressors, had to remove the entire strut/spring assembly and use a tall 20 ton press with some metal blocks/spacers instead. Know this in advance. Once I had one side made so I knew how it would fit together, the other side only took an hour total.

The part arrived this morning and is already on my 2010 Escalade ESV this afternoon! The picture is the part we removed. The part number is exactly the same as new! As per other reviews I was offered around $1000 to replace both! I've only replaced 1 so far, which got rid of the "service stopped" message. These were the perfect replacement front shocks for my 2010 Cadillac Escalade with Magnetic Ride Control.
