Factory wires to ignition parts

Factory wires, no complaints. Are there better lines? Yes. Is it OEM? Yes. I replaced them when making 95k spark plugs. I've always been taught that it's easier to change cords and plugs at the same time. The price is sooo much better than buying from GM

Pros
  • GM recommended replacement part for the original factory component of your GM vehicle
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

High Quality OEM Parts

They were more expensive than other options but I prefer to fit OEM parts in my cars. These spark plug wires are OEM replacement parts. I replaced the stock spark plug wires 6 years / 76,000 miles when I replaced the spark plugs. I had them in my 2013 Avalanche and drove about 1,000 miles. They fit and perform as you would expect from a quality OEM part. I only took off one star because these wires were way more expensive than all the other options.

Pros
  • Terminal design improves spark plug retention and eases installation with excellent corrosion resistance
Cons
  • unreliable

000 miles as original kit

Origin says China in specs but at half price at local auto repair shop so ordered anyway. Came in an AC Delco box and says assembled in Mexico. At first I thought they were too short, but after unpinning the old one they were the same length. They appear to be an exact match. Not installed yet, so no info. How they perform, hopefully another 90,000 miles like the original kit, time will tell. Update: Cable set installed. Everything fit like it came from the factory, both ends snapped into place

Pros
  • Same specs as your GM car's original factory component
Cons
  • Concise instructions

These are high quality spark plugs.

If I change the spark plugs, I also change the ignition cables. You are correct, you can do that too. Over the years I have been very fortunate to have followed this habit. I found that some of the wires were cracked, frayed to the core, and/or I had uncapped some. Having a ready kit certainly comes in handy. The GM I drive came with Delcos and I've never been disappointed with an OEM replacement. This is no exception. The set is well made. Quality fit and finish. Everything fits well. Use the…

Pros
  • For suppressing electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI).
Cons
  • Very expensive
