Enhance Engine Performance with GM Genuine Parts 93441238 PCV Valve Hose Review

The part is perfect and true to AC Delco quality. Unfortunately, searching for Revains revealed that it wasn't suitable for my application. Oh, and the part didn't fit as Revane says. Not very economical in the long run.

The application is a 2003 GM car with a 4.3 liter V6 engine. This item fitted perfectly and was replaced with a new PCV valve. The original hose had a rupture near the intake manifold resulting in a vacuum leak and a rough idle. It took about 30 seconds to swap out, but at first this tube was impossible to see and find without help from the internet!

Fits perfectly and looks just like the original. I have this thing to put things back the way they were on my truck. I broke this vacuum fitting when replacing the fuel injector cross. I just used a piece of rubber tubing to replace it, but I was worried it didn't look right. I was looking for Revain and Bingo! Now my truck works and looks like it used to! It amazes me that you can still buy quality parts for a 17 year old truck.

I ordered it thinking it would fit my truck. It turns out that GM makes vacuum hoses in various lengths. Luckily in my situation all I needed was new rubbers on the ends and my old line was salvaged. I didn't even compare hose sizes, just thought the rubber fittings were rotatable. After basically skewing the leash they were attached to, I swapped out the fittings, tightened them up for extra confidence and everything fitted just fine! I have searched almost everywhere for a 90 degree PCV/Emissions replacement manifold for the plastic line that comes from the evaporator purge solenoid and hooked up becomes the intake manifold. This elbow needed an inside diameter (both ends). After ordering and receiving the goods, I removed the knee from the supplied PVC plastic tube and immediately checked the fit/assembly and it sits perfectly and securely.
