The only cap that worked on my Buick Lucerne 07

I tried 3 different rebranded Motorad caps and they looked right but didn't fit. This Delco AC cap screws on just like the OEM cap I replaced. FYI I used a Right Stuff pad maker for this cold weather job and it worked great.

Leak best fixed at Parts

On my 2004 Trailblazer LT 4.2L, I noticed coolant leaking from the cap area. Thinking it was a loose hose I tightened it and it will still leak in cold weather. I took a chance and bought this radiator cap, compared and found that the o-ring on the underside of the old one's cap was flat and almost flush with the inner cap. The new lid was nice and round and closed perfectly. no more leaks! repair cheaply.

Not right. Not GM# part number as shown.

The GM part number in the picture was GM# 15063597 This is what my car needs. What was sent was GM # 15042975 which does not match my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. Cross-checking this article on another site shows it is a pressure tank. My Grand Prix reservoir is not pressurized. The cap shown in the photo on the website is a radiator cap but is not included. plan return.

Cheap look/feel compared to original

Bought to replace my original from my 2005 Trailblazer. This new one looks and feels cheap. Even the print is blurry and dull compared to the original. As this is supplied and sold by Revain I am assuming this is a genuine genuine ACDELCO part which they are currently selling. Too bad the quality isn't as good as the original but I really have no choice but to use it as my original bleeds through the edges. Only time will tell how this new one will serve me, but I don't believe in it after…

GM "OEM Factory " Spare Part *sarcasm*

Very disappointed to receive this "factory original" part. The part is made in India, not here in the United States, the packaging looks like the fake ACDelco box you find on the streets of Hong Kong where they smuggle most big name brands. In terms of quality, it looks and feels cheap. The original Stant cap that I bought to replace this cap was of better quality than this so-called "factory original". I cannot provide any actual verified results for this particular cap as my machine broke…

Replacement of the original part (failed) of the original part

Can't complain about this radiator cap (yet), but only chose it because it was the only cheap cap for my Grand Prix, which has been losing some engine coolant for a long time. When changing the coolant, I noticed that I can easily squeeze and pinch the upper radiator hose with my hand, even when the engine is warm. Considering that the system must be pressurized by one atmosphere (according to the 15psi printed on the cap), I realized the system is nowhere near holding its rated pressure. I…
