To be honest it was for my wife's job. We tried to get it working on several different laptops but it just wouldn't let me use a second monitor. I think if it's a Windows issue, that's probably the problem. My review is skewed because I can't honestly use the product.

A great monitor for consultants or business people who work long hours and are not always in the office. It's a good size and fits in a laptop bag with its own pocket for security. It is powered by a USB-C connection to your computer and does not require another power cord. A mouse moving from your laptop to an Acer monitor moves smoothly with no lag. Out of all the great monitors, the only thing that would be nice would be if it was a touchscreen.

When I bought it it was said it would work with cell phones. But now that I have it, it's just some phones (with Type-C port). So I either have to buy a phone or return this product.

This Acer wearable display won't connect or work as described. Tried to connect to Acer Predator Helios laptop failed. I tried to connect to an Android phone, it didn't work. I like using the USB-C connector, although the cable that comes with it is very short, I have to turn the monitor upside down because of the side where the connector is, but overall it has good brightness and no problems with viewing angles . . Just because your laptop or other device has a USB-C port doesn't mean it supports Thunderbolt, which this monitor requires. If you have it, then it's probably the best value for money.

Yes, if you have USB A 2.0 or 3.0 or any other variant of HDMI it will not work. I've tried all kinds of adapters, from Displayport to USB-C and from HDMI to USB-C, you name it.
