The screen was broken upon arrival. Wouldn't show a photo but needed it immediately due to a broken kitchen monitor in my restaurant. I am familiar with computer hardware and was able to replace the broken parts in my original monitor with the ones in this one and now my problem is solved.

The monitors are very nicely designed and work great, but the color doesn't match reality. My company's default desktop wallpaper, which has a blue and white logo on a black background, looks purple and white on a blue and gray background. This was not the case with older monitors.

I returned an Asus monitor that replaced my favorite Acer that didn't work with Windows 10. I ordered an 18.5 inch Acer screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 that works with Windows 10. My new computer and my old eyes.

The monitor is a good wide screen but the stand doesn't fit, the stand is too big to fit the monitor and there are two large pieces attached to it that don't fit the base. Not recommended if you don't have a universal monitor stand.

Sizing was different than advertised, not 18.5 but 17.5 end to end and 10.5 in height. we had acer 18.5 and had more. it should have been the same
