Vstrom 650 - Controls

I installed them on my DL650 two nights ago. The only modification I had to make was to shorten the brake and clutch levers. I didn't have to move or rewire any cables. The handguards are very durable and should do a great job of protecting the levers and switches on the handlebars in a low speed crash. Delivery was on time.

Excellent protection for motorcycle and powersport

installed on my drz400cm with protaper bars. I had to saw off some of the bracket where they fit the rods and drill into the ends of the rods because the protapers have a smaller inside diameter. But it fits tight and looks great, dropped the bike on tight trails and did the trick! Large bushes guard even the low branches of the trees.

Strong, easy installation.

The aluminum shaft already goes well with any plastic protection. They match perfectly with a set of 7/8" Tusk bars on my son's 230 TTR-230, with plenty of clearance for the main brake hoses, clutch and throttle cables. Best fit, easiest brush guard installation with significant build integrity I've made. in the last 40 years Delivery time only 4 days if ordered on Sunday Excellent service

Solid guards. suitable for motorcycles and weight training

Purchased for my 2022 KLX300. They work fine, but if you still have the stock Kawi handlebars on your KLX you will need to remove the plugs that are spot welded into the bar ends. Apparently Acerbis couldn't fix anything. Luckily I have the tools to get the job done, otherwise I'd buy a set of Renthals or Pro Tapers for them. Also, the mounts sit snugly on the handlebars and feel very solid. The kit includes spacers for multiple bar sizes. The shields themselves are made of fairly toughโ€ฆ

Very happy with my product.

I gave 5 stars for easy installation because I knew what I was getting myself into. I already have a few things on the pole and the brackets had to find their place in this mess. Also, each subsequent item added requires an additional twist. I changed the grips (required ends drilled), added a throttle lock (have to remove one of them) and added mirrors (had to adjust them to work without access to the 'bar end'). In short, buy them. Long story, buy these if you don't want to complain about how

Acerbis - quality, durability and design

These "bark breakers," as some old-school riders would say, are easy to install and tough enough to withstand some abuse. They also look good on my CRF250L. I haven't hit, dropped or bumped into trees so I'm not sure how they will hold up in situations like this, but the steel insert and metal brackets ensure there is some strength and quality to this product. My friend rides a Kawasaki 650 and his bark shields are all plastic and don't connect to the handlebars giving them a very cheap lookโ€ฆ
