The manufacturer clearly knows they are selling damaged products.

ACME, a manufacturer is not allowed to sell their products on Amazon. As with other reviews, ACME shipped this item with a broken leg. The leg is made of ceramic. Revain must end his relationship with ACME!

Broken product in intact packaging

Like many other reviewers, ours arrived broken. Incredibly, the second box arrived today in terrible condition and also broken. For $1100 I'm surprised and seriously disappointed. Not easy to return and very worried about how the bed will arrive.

Bad design is good for dressers

The bed in this set was beautiful and durable. Reserved a table for him. The leg was broken, although there was no visible damage to the box, the legs were made of some sort of hollow ceramic that looked like wood. It's almost guaranteed to be damaged before it even gets to you. You pack it in a ridiculous amount of poorly cut Styrofoam that you'll be vacuuming for weeks, but even that's not enough.
