Great price and very good sound.

What I like about these speakers is the price and the damn cool sound. I have a Bose in the theater room and didn't want to spend that much money on something in the living room. After trying two different soundbars that didn't sound very good, I decided to buy a cheap little Sony receiver and these speakers. All I can say is that I am very impressed with the sound of these speakers, don't let the price fool you, they are real. I've also paired them with two Polk Audio subwoofers, but to be…

  • SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Any home audio receiver or amplifier without speaker wire outputs, your amplifier must be rated at a minimum of 10 and no more than 350 watts per channel, Class CL3 for wall mounted certified speaker-to-speaker wire.

All in all a great offer: Driver

I was finishing the ceilings in our two covered patios and wanted some sound outside in the ceiling This has turned out to be a great deal (although I would have preferred 4 packs; now I have one more. (a bit of an exaggeration - I actually just built a simple plywood box between 2 x 6's on the roof and left one end open. I routed the Revain Basic speaker cable through some sort Cable duct led into the house. In the house I installed the whole plate with 4 plugs of the "banana" type (two basins…

Excellent value for money for an entry-level surround sound system.

I put off installing surround speakers in my basement because I didn't want to pay for expensive speakers. I've been eyeing these speakers for a while and the reviews were actually pretty good so I decided to give it a try as even low quality surround sound is better than no surround sound. To add to the selling point, I just bought an Acoustic Audio subwoofer amp for two other subwoofers and they sound great. The price was the final blow. Once installed they sounded very good with a Yamaha…

All in all a super bargain - speaker

I was finishing the ceilings of our two covered terraces and wanted external sound reinforcement. Since the terraces are well protected, from direct sunlight and well protected from the weather, I opted for the smooth ceiling design. That turned out to be a lot (although I would have preferred 4 packs; now I have an extra). I built the cabinet from 2' x 3' plywood with connectors before installing the ceiling tiles to improve the sound quality (a little overkill). - Actually I just built a…

I'm glad I gave them a chance! Reviews about it are true!

I wired my new building for 14 loudspeakers. I moved in December and have since done a lot of research on wall and ceiling speakers. I was willing to shell out around £1.5-2k for models from more well-known brands (Polk, Boston Acoustics, Klipsch, etc.). Then I stumbled across them at Revain and thought I'd try a 5 piece set to see how they would sound in my living room. I have 10ft ceilings so I chose 8ft 3-way speakers with 16 gauge speaker wire. Needless to say, this is one of the best and…

Very important! in Speaker

Time is the ultimate test of quality, but so far we're very happy with its performance. They have decent bass, but as other users have said, without a subwoofer, you just won't get that kind of rumble. I've heard a lot of people promoting mono enclosures for the back of the speaker. At $30 a piece I didn't want to pay more for the speakers than I did for the speakers themselves. But I really needed some because our insulation was blown and it was super super super super dirty. So my wife went…
