Good speakers at a great price

Very easy to install and nice unobtrusive looks, good value for money, sufficient for my use. If I had the money to put together a really high quality home theater I would happily buy bigger Oomph speakers. But again good value for money.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • No performance

The best value for money in ceiling and in-ceiling speakers

Pretty decent speakers. Easy installation. Supplied with approximately 25 feet of thin speaker cable with quick connectors, plus and minus are different sizes. Definitely a cheap way to add a few extra speakers when upgrading from 5.1 to 7.1. I would recommend them to anyone other than an audiophile, I'm sure they can tell you what's wrong with them; Everyone else will think they sound good

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • Fragility

Clean and clear sound

I bought these to complement the HD 725 system for extra speakers in the breakfast room. While these speakers don't have a rotating tweeter like the other kits, luckily this app doesn't need one. Installation Tip: Use a cordless drill until you hear the plastic tab click into place, then continue drilling for a few seconds. Then use a Phillips screwdriver to complete the task. This prevents too many manual turns as well as over-tightening since it is not possible to measure the tension with a…

Good sound, good price, easy setup but be careful of placement.

If you're looking for a top-of-the-line speaker that delivers clear and rich sound at a great price, look around. When listening to music, I like to hear the full frequency spectrum. Crisp highs, powerful bass and warm mids do the trick. Installation is very easy, they handle volume well and look pretty good. I use them on our patio whether I'm playing music or watching TV. The sound is clear and rich. The only semi-negative comment I'll make is about placement, especially if you're installing…

Here are some good 5 1/2 inch in wall speakers

These sit on the back of my new 7.2 channel TV amp. Connected them to 120 watts and they sound very good. They replaced two POLK audio systems the same size as one of them, probably a few watts. Using 2-3 hours a day at a good level of 80-85% because we have a workout area in our TV area and we love watching our movies and TV shows out loud while we workout. And buy the one with the YELLOW diffuser. They cost a few dollars more, but they cost a few dollars more. I sent the rear diffuser kit…

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • Long time

What I like: - Tight bass and more. - Extremely clear Treble and Mid Treble is very bright and clear - Mid/Vocals are very good but not as good as the treble (can't be all that in two way mode) - Easy to hook up the speaker terminals - Very easy setup and installation hardware- Improvements: - What - no cutting template. I think I'll make my own out of a box. NP - The finish on the speaker grille was sprayed on thick enough to fill in several of the holes in the grille. (Use a straight pencil…

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Something different

Just like Polk at half the price!

When it comes to audio, video and electronics I am very picky and prefer the well known brands. My home theater is very important to me because my family and I spend a lot of time watching movies. I currently have a 73" Mitsubishi DLP that I bought new in 2008 (planning to replace next year). I have a Pioneer VSX-822-K receiver (110W, 5.1, all HDMI, wireless for DLNA etc.) to power my surround speakers. I was wanting to buy Polk Audio RC65i 2-way in-wall speakers for speaker surround sound, but

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • For seniors
