Our active labrador puppy loves this product and the ability to track their daily activity goals. I also like the GPS feature as it was very accurate when walking around the area. It's easy to store our veterinary records in the app so we all have the same information at hand whether it's me taking my dog to the vet, me or my husband.

We love this product. GPS is very accurate. Flashlight is a good thing. But we think the best features are tutorials. Our dog stops barking when we attach tactile devices to it. He doesn't like it, it's not harmful, but it really works. We called their customer service department. for helping with the setup and actually spoke to a live person who was very knowledgeable and helpful.! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Link to all dog owners. With all the features, especially the accurate GPS tracking, we feel comfortable leaving our dog at home for a long time knowing that everything is fine with him. Link is also extremely helpful in keeping Bella healthy as we can track her workouts just like our own using calories and steps. Overall we are grateful to Link as we can always count on Bella's health and safety.

This little unit worked great until we took our dog on holiday. The other supplied plastic clip for attachment to the collar will break. Then the device dies and you cannot find it. When I called customer service they told me I should have used the other one that came with it and I could purchase a warranty if I wanted to replace it. I explained that it was their clamp that broke and I had to pay more money because they weren't sure about the warranty.

We love Link! Our Vizsla is very active so it's easier to tell how much activity she gets each day. The active minutes on her link directly correlate to how restless she is, and getting a good night's sleep has helped us make her workouts more productive! It also has a learning function which has proven particularly useful at the dog park when distracted. The vibration immediately grabs their attention. We love that the Link is multifunctional and does the job of a tracker and training collar!

I have a dog that needs a lot of daily and weekly exercise so the activity tracking link was so great. It shows his steps and how many minutes he's been active during the day, which is very helpful for me to know if he's getting enough during the day.
