This worked perfectly on my 2012 Ford F-150 Raptor. Used it on the back door. Installation was a bit fiddly but doable. The hard part.

I really like that this isn't a type of replacement that fits many. That's the right part for the job. Installs in less than an hour.

This drive is said to be ten years old and I need to locate it, but after installation it fit and worked fine. Otherwise, I'll just have to back off and wait.

I ended up buying a used rear right hand door actuator in good condition because it was to be delivered the next day rather than waiting 2 weeks or more. Well, it arrived the next day (less than 24 hours after ordering) and I installed it in about 30 minutes. It looked good and works great (so far). In my case, I'm glad I only paid $27 for a used unit and received it the next day instead of waiting weeks and paying double that for a new one.
