While rebuilding my battery pack I broke one of the three thermistors plugged in under the battery pack (used to control battery heating and send signals to the fans to cool the battery if necessary). I had a "red triangle of death" on my dashboard without replacement. Soldered this thermistor to the case and haven't had any problems since (18 months and thousands of miles have passed).
