Broke on first use.

The USB-C connector is secured with a cheap cable tie. USB C broke while removing from port. Straight pull, no twist, and it fell apart. Don't waste your time or money

You can also connect your phone to this USB Type-C to Sync or charge USB adapter. The data transfer rate corresponds to the standard USB 3.2 Gen2x1 10 Gb/s.

Perfect fit for my husband's Tesla which only has USB-C ports!

My husband received his Tesla Model 3 in December 2020 but all the USB ports are USB-C and we couldn't even connect the Tesla Security USB! Now he can plug in all his items that need charging! We bought 2. I'm glad we found her!

Like most Chinese-made products, this one is far from ideal

Although not mentioned in the text description, this adapter has a small blue LED on one side - see photo 4. There is a white dot next to the USB Type-C connector in the picture. The LED lights up while the adapter is connected to the USB Type-C port. It does not flash during data transfer. As expected, with a Kingston microDuo flash drive plugged in, the read speed was 121 MB/s (nearly 1 Gb/s). Unfortunately, there is no suitable device to confirm USB 3.2 Gen2x1 10Gb/s performance.
