I used to have a lot of Adidas volleyball shorts and I really liked them. It was a disappointment! It's too small and the seam on the thighs cuts into the skin. These are great shorts for running, crossfit or weightlifting and definitely pass the 'squat test'. I like the fabric because it's satin, not flimsy or cheap like most volleyball shorts or spandex shorts. So rest assured, you can wear them comfortably on long runs without worrying about chafing, or squat in them without showing your underwear (ugh!). The length of the shorts is ideal as it is long enough not to ride up but short enough to fit under other clothing and allow full range of motion.

I ordered SHOCK PINK and BEAUTIFUL (I have other colors but I bought them in Adidas store) and although I like them they are a bit different in size, although I bought the size SMALL in both. The pink ones fit a little better (a little bulky around the waist), while the maroon ones look a little tighter all over and are uncomfortable around the hips. I will keep them because they are both my favorites and this is definitely my favorite brand of shorts, however I have found that sizing does vary
