The bucket itself looks great though.

The headlight basket itself looks great and is OEM perfect. The chrome is well done and the suspension is well done. The problem is that the mounting block (to the bike) was not properly threaded and would not accept a screw. I decided to just take the nut off my old bucket and use it, but when I tried to take the nut off this new bucket (bucket to block) to change it, the nut was screwed all the way through. So I cut it down and used this nut and bolt from an old bucket. It looks great on my…

Large bucket with minor change

Very well done. Please note that this is a universal application so some modifications may be required for your specific bike. In my case, I needed to make a custom headlight bracket on a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C50. I also had to use a step drill and drill a hole up to 1.5" in the back. The original hole in the tail for the wiring to run through is very small, and the Boulevard drain headlight contains numerous sensors within the headlight housing. Bad bend or separation at the brackets!

I have bought this item 2 times for my '97 Titan and both times I have had the same problem. It works great with my daylight lighter, but both units have major cracking/staple issues with clips right around the corner. The former took about 2 years (not much travel time) and the latter less than 1 year (about 2000 miles).
