Bought to hang a condenser mic on a desk and so far it's doing the job with no problems. At first I wasn't impressed by the thin materials. When I picked it up, it seemed too fragile to stand up to a heavier microphone. However, it held the position for 2 weeks without any problems and the knurled screws ensure a good hold in the joints. I really wasn't expecting much so I can say with confidence that I was not disappointed. But let's start with the good. First, all the important details are metal, which is nice.
