It is difficult to insert the locking screw into the bracket when the monitor is attached. It would be very difficult to attach a screw to a monitor/TV over 27 inches. I would have bought a lanyard holder instead.

I bought this for a small 24 inch monitor which should work well with it. I definitely wouldn't use this for a large TV. It's a good design at a good price, but one of the main metal parts of the mount was extremely asymmetrical, like a factory worker had put it together in a dream. I had to use spacers to fix the left and right corners almost straight. I would not recommend it.

The bottom of my LG monitor sticks out a few inches after the stand is removed making it impossible to adjust the viewing angle down unless you install a 1/ 2 spacers.
