This 90 degree angle worked well too. With some positioning of the bracket, the corner is firmly held. Made of plastic and metal, I'll use it for a while. I never really thought about corner brackets until I saw them. They are very good for clamping 90 degree logs of all sizes of wood. I use them for picture frames, bookshelves and even frames. If the board is too wide for these clips, just use them on the edges of the board and they'll hold up nicely. A little glue on the joint, a few pins and you're done. Excellent collar.

I installed this on my desk to serve as a third hand. Because of its shape, I can place custom sizes in multiple positions there, giving me the best working angle. I often have to use my Dremmel to work on different sized and oddly shaped pieces of metal, so it's great to have a vise to hold the object while I sand it down.
